Terms and Conditions.
In order to fulfill your order we need a certain amount of information
from you. We will not allow any third party access to your details,
nor will we contact you other than about your order. We issue
our catalogue in spring and a list in autumn and if you order
from us we would normally send these to you unless requested
not to do so.
Orders can be accepted from the UK and all EU countries within
the European mainland. For EU orders postage will be advised
before dispatch. Please see Ordering page.
Whether paying by cheque or credit card, we will not process
payment until the plants are dispatched.
Orders are completed in strict order of receipt and during busy
times in early spring and autumn, orders may take a few weeks
to deliver. If you have any specific delivery requirements please
let us know.
We do not send out plants during severe weather.
If you are not happy with the plants we supply we will refund
or replace at your request. Our business depends on repeat orders
and your satisfaction with the plants you receive is our priority.
In the rare event your parcel is damaged please notify us within
three working days.
