Perennial plants by mail order

ORDERING INFORMATION
You can order plants from us in one of three ways :-

  1. By using the online shopping system to order your plants. We will reserve your plants and confirm receipt of your order by email. When your plants are ready for dispatch we will telephone you for your card details. The following cards are accepted:-


  2. By requesting our descriptive paper catalogue by sending 3 loose first class stamps to,

  3. By post using the order form which may be printed directly from the web site. Please click to download the Order Form and press the print button. Our catalogue is available to view online and to download if required. 

Mail Order
The majority of plants are grown and dispatched in 1/2 and 1 litre pots. A few of the more robust items may be dispatched as divisions and this will usually be indicated in the catalogue. Plants listed in the catalogue are available now, but inevitably more popular items may sell out quickly so listing a few substitutes would be helpful. Plants are dispatched from February to November at your request, but will not be sent out in bad weather. Orders will not be acknowledged unless a stamped addressed envelope is included with the order.

Credit Card Online
Please use the online ordering system to complete your order and email it to us by pressing the button provided on the checkout page. Do not send your card details with your order. We will telephone to confirm your order and request your card details. Your card will not be debited until after the plants are dispatched.

By Post
Payment with your order please either by credit card, cheque or postal order made out to R.& D. Asbridge. Please make payment by limited open cheque i.e. if the order comes to £39.50 including postage write across the cheque "Not to exceed forty pounds" and leave the amount section (figures and words) blank. We will then complete it with the exact amount when your plants have been delivered.

above £85 please add 10% of order value.

We regret that parcels to the Highlands and Islands, Northern Ireland, and the Scilly Isles will carry a surcharge of £4.00 per parcel. The postcodes below are the areas carrying a surcharge. Please check your postcode and allow for the surcharge if required. Plants to EUROPE will be at cost - about £25 for 10 Kg. (20 plants) and £5 for each extra 10 Kg. up to 30 Kg.

Plants when dispatched are delivered by reliable carriers on a 24 hour service.
Deliveries to the Highlands and all areas outside the mainland U.K. take 2-3 days.
Delivery to Europe will be at cost and can only be made when the plants are dormant between October and January. We will advise of the delivery charges before dispatch.

Guarantee.
We believe our plants offer outstanding value for money but if you are not satisfied with any plant you receive, please get in touch and we will refund or replace at your request. Our business depends on repeat orders. If you are not pleased with your plants we are the losers.
